Nichole is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Rabbit Holes Counseling, a neurodiverse-affirming group practice in Green Bay and Appleton, Wisconsin.

Nichole holds a Master’s Degree in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado - a foundation that shapes her deeply humanistic and whole-person approach to care. Nichole has specialized in working with eating disorders for more than a decade and also specializes in working with late-diagnosed ADHD and/or Autism in adults and c-PTSD. Since starting this practice, Nichole has also taken a deep dive into supporting people with complex chronic and invisible illnesses like MCAS, Ehlers Danlos, POTS, and all the other mysterious illnesses that have higher co-occurruing rates in folks with ADHD and/or Autism.

Nichole blends evidence based practices (think CBT, DBT, ACT) with experiential approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt, and Somatic Experiencing. Nichole also utilizes bottom-up approaches (using the body to regulate) to address the body’s needs for feeling a sense of safety both in the therapy room and in every day life. 

When she’s not wearing the many hats of running RHC, she’s likely deep diving down the rabbit hole of her latest hyperfocus, wandering in nature with her family, taking a dance class, or watching one of her many favorite comfort shows on repeat.
