You’re not lazy. You’re not broken.
You have ADHD.
You’ve probably spent years being told to try harder, focus more, or just make a list.
Maybe you’ve developed elaborate systems that work for exactly three days. Maybe you’ve gotten really good at masking — holding it together at work while everything at home quietly falls apart. Or maybe you were just diagnosed last year at 35 and you’re still processing what that even means.
You’re in the right place.

ADHD doesn’t always look like a kid bouncing off the walls. For a lot of adults — especially women and late-diagnosed folks — it looks more like:
• Starting seventeen things and finishing none of them
• Being chronically late no matter how hard you try
• Emotional dysregulation that hits out of nowhere
• Hyperfocusing on something for 12 hours and forgetting to eat
• A to-do list that lives permanently in your head and never gets done
• Feeling like you’re always one step behind everyone else who seems to have it figured out.

We don’t do one-size-fits-all. Our clinicians blend evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT with experiential work including IFS and somatic therapy — because ADHD isn’t just a productivity problem, it’s a whole-body, whole-life experience. We help you understand how your brain actually works, build systems that fit you, and untangle the anxiety, shame, and burnout that tend to come along for the ride.

We work with teens 14+ and adults navigating ADHD — whether you’re newly diagnosed, suspected but undiagnosed, or have known for years and are ready to go deeper. We see clients in person at our Green Bay and Appleton offices, and via telehealth anywhere in Wisconsin.

If you were diagnosed as an adult, you’re not alone — and you’re not “too old” to benefit from support.
Many of our clients come to us after a lifetime of wondering why things felt so much harder for them than for everyone else. That moment of recognition can be both a relief and a grief. We hold space for both.
