An open, 90-minute, therapist-led group for adults navigating eating disorders and disordered eating.
2nd Monday of each month from 5:00-6:30pm
Virtually (With option for in-person possible in future if desired)
$30 per session

What to Expect
A nonjudgemental, causal atmosphere to feel seen, heard, and understood. We’ll gather, check in with each other, build community, and create meaningful connection.
Who:
Anyone 18+ struggling with an eating disorder.
When:
The 2nd Monday of each month
Time:
5pm-6:30pm CDT
Location:
Virtual with option to add in-person group in the future if desired by the group!

Each month we’ll focus on a different topic, including but not limited to:

Body Image & Body Trust
Tools for Emotional Regulation
Identity, values, and self-trust
Re-Building Self-Trust

Stretch, grab water, run to the restroom - do what you gotta do before we settle back in for the next part of group.

We'll move into open support time where peers can share their struggles and wins and provide each other with connection and support.

Closing circle of group - we can end with takeaways, gratitudes for one another, or whatever the group vibe needs on that particular day before heading back out into the world.
