Sometimes it takes falling down the rabbit hole to find yourself.

We specialize in supporting adults and teens navigate ADHD, late-diagnosed Autism, eating disorders, trauma, and nutrition with compassion and an affirming, strengths-based approach.

Our Approach

We are neurodiverse-affirming clinicians who provide individualized mental health and nutritional support. As a mental health collective, we are guided by our values to provide therapy, nutritional counseling, training, and consulting.

We believe no two brains function exactly alike so there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to supporting folks who are navigating ADHD, eating disorders, Autism, and other co-ocurring struggles like depression, anxiety, and trauma. We blend evidence based practices like CBT and DBT with trauma-informed approaches, Brainspotting, Gestalt, and Internal Family Systems. We believe it’s important to create a strong toolbox of coping tools and even more important to identify the roots of struggles and heal our inner wounds.

We also take an individualized and anti-diet approach to nutritional support and aim to find a nutritional plan that meets your needs, goals, and your sensory profile.

What We Treat

ADHD & Autism

Finding out later in life that your brain functions in fundamentally different ways than other’s can be a lot to process. We have extensive experience supporting individuals on this journey.

Trauma

Trauma can show up in so many ways - it’s not only something that impacts people who have experienced war or other extreme situations. We understand that sometimes the experience of being neurodivergent in and of itself can create trauma and we take bottom-up and top-down approaches to supporting your healing process.

Eating Disorders

We believe just like any struggle - eating disorders require a truly individualized approach to support that includes a therapist, dietitian, and coordination with your medical team.

Other Co-Occurring Struggles

It’s so rare that any of these conditions walk alone. It is extremely common to also struggle with anxiety, depression, sensory sensitivities, sleep, or mood in addition to our areas of specialty. We believe that assessment is an on going process and as we peel back layers while healing we might uncover other areas that need support as well.
